International Conference on Generalized Functions GF2026
August 23-27, 2026 - Ohrid, N. Macedonia
Conference Venue: Hotel GRANIT

Aims and scope

This conference continues a long-standing tradition of international events promoted by the International Association for Generalized Functions - IAGF . Its primary goal is to gather researchers working in all branches of generalized functions and their applications. The most recent conferences were held in Turin (Italy 2024), Vienna (Austria 2022), Ghent (Belgium 2020), Novi Sad (Serbia, 2018), Dubrovnik (Croatia, 2016), Southampton (United Kingdom, 2014), Martinique (France, 2011),  Vienna (Austria, 2009), Bedlewo (Poland, 2007), Novi Sad (Serbia, 2004). The conference topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Distributions, ultradistributions, hyperfunctions and algebras of generalized functions
  • Linear and non-linear differential equations and stochastic analysis
  • Pseudodifferential operators and microlocal analysis
  • Geometric problems and non-linear distributional geometry
  • Applications in mathematical modeling and mathematical physics
  • Harmonic analysis, time-frequency analysis and function spaces
  • Functional analytic methods in the theory of generalized functions
